Send Single Report

To send a single client report under any fund, you need to follow the routine to "view" or "print" a report. If the client has their email address on the database, the email button will be next to the "Print" button and an email will be sent to the client showing their Report ID and Password and a link to a webpage that shows the report information. They will need to use the Report ID and Password to access the specific report sent. Each password is unique to each report and cannot be used to view other reports.

Send Bulk Reports

To access bulk email reports, navigate to the bottom of the Side Bar from Settings -> Send Reports and navigate to the bottom "Send Reports"Send Reports" cards. select the month, year and fund and click the Select button. If the results show 0 sent email and 0 not sent email, the fund either has no emails for the available clients or no data for that month. if data is available, click the "Send Resports Now" button and a popup will appear with a progress bar showing the percentage of completion. If the percentage completion does not reach 100%, click the close button, and the browser will refresh, and you can run the process again and clients with emails sent will be ignored
